The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Birpur P.S.Case No. 105 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the specific allegation made against the petitioners in the FIR and during investigation by the witnesses that they along with others caught hold of the son of the informant and mercilessly assaulted him causing grievous injuries, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected.
