Petitioner prays for bail in connection with Sonbarsa Raj P.S.Case No. 28 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 385, 386, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with Sanjay Yadav and others came and Sanjay Yadav demanded Rs.2 lakhs from the informant.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that allegation of demand is against Sanjay Yadav and petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in custody since 14.4.2018, having no criminal antecedent and charge sheet has already been submitted in this case.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Sonbarsa Raj P.S.Case No. 28 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
