====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in connection with S.Tr. No. 584 of 2016 arising out of Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 438 of 2014 registered under sections 304(B) and 498(A)/34 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of F.T.C. II, Bettiah. Earlier, prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by this court vide order dated 14.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51648 of 2016.

On perusal of the report of the Additional Sessions Judge F.T.C. II, Bettiah, West Champaran vide its letter no. 177, dated 21.08.2018, it appears that trial is in progress. Considering the above facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44990 of 2018(4) dt.29-08-2018 2/2 the case, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for bail. Accordingly, this application is rejected. However, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial of this case on day-to-day basis and conclude the same within a period of three months.
