JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-11-2019 This case has been listed today under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the petitioner. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated 07.11.2019, petitioners were granted the privilege of bail, however, in the last paragraph of said order, name of police station and number police station case has inadvertently been mentioned as Belaganj P.S. Case No. 285/18, whereas, it should have been Khodawanpur (Chhorahi) P.S. Case No. 102/2019, which has correctly been mentioned in the first paragraph of the said order.

Perused the order as well as other records, learned counsel for the petitioner appears to be right in his submission,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71036 of 2019(3) dt.22-11-2019 2/2 as such, let name of police station and police station case number mentioned in the order dated 07.11.2019 be read as Khodawanpur (Chhorahi) P.S. Case No. 102/2019 in place of Belaganj P.S. Case No. 285/18.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the concerned court below forthwith.
