This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Karamchat PS case no. 49 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Section 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to enable him to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today and file appropriate petition for grant of regular bail, however, seeks a direction upon the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Kaimur at Bhabhua to consider and
