1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Sahpur P.S. Case no.423 of 2023 registered under sections 420, 419, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on the truck in question being stopped and searched, a total of 7472.88 litres of IMFL was recovered and the petitioner was taken into custody.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. He is a professional driver who was hired for transporting the goods and did not know the contents of the goods loaded on the truck. The petitioner has no criminal

5. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegation in the F.I.R. of recovery of 7472.88 litres of IMFL from the truck in question being driven by this petitioner and the petitioner having been arrested on the spot, the Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and the application is rejected.
