The petitioner has been in custody since 30.10.2013 in connection with Hasanpur (Bithan) P.S. Case No. 91/1994 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/342/323/324/302/201 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is the main assailant and his prayer for bail had been rejected earlier on three occasions, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to this petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
