JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-11-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Jalalpur Case No. 172 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The present case has been lodged on the basis of complaint petition. There is allegation of assault against the petitioner by dagger causing injury on the abdomen of the complainant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that complaint has been lodged after eight months and the injury is simple in nature.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application allowed. Let the petitioner, above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68921 of 2019(2) dt.18-11-2019 2/2 named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Saran at Chhapra, in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 172 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition is that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the Court concerned.
