1. Though the present petition has been filed for staying the construction of a bridge being made over the public path, situated at Mauza-Rahui, Thana No.19, appertaining to Khata No.1097, Khesra No.3390, near south of Bihta Rahui Sarmera Road, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the District Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
