Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 363, 365, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant of this case is an accused in a case lodged by Asmit Devi, daughter of co-accused, Govind Prasad for the offence under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code against her in-laws vide Annexure-2 on 10.05.2018. Thereafter, the present F.I.R. has been lodged with allegation that Govind Prasad kidnapped to the informant, however, he managed his escape, two people apprehended, including the petitioner. Petitioner is full brother of Govind Prasad.

No.47042 of 2018(3) dt.16-08-2018 2/2 Considering the background and nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Sadar Police Station Case No.171 of 2018, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
