2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Nanpur P.S. Case No. 263 of 2022 registered under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the marriage of daughter of the informant was solemnized with co-accused Sonu Mishra. The customary presents were given to the accused persons but after one year of the marriage, the accused persons started inflicting atrocities on the deceased for non-fulfillment of demand of

On 17-062022, the accused persons abused the informant when he wanted to know the whereabouts of his daughter. They apprised him that due to non-fulfillment of demand of motorcycle, his daughter has been made disappeared. The dead body of his daughter was found near the brick kiln of one, Vijay Choudhary.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The entire allegation is false and fabricated and some of the accused persons have been granted regular bail. The petitioner No. 2 is a lady.

5. On the other hand, Mr. Shailendra Kumar, learned APP has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail by submitting that it appears that the dead body of the deceased was decomposed and it was the reason, the postmortem of the corpus could not be conducted.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner Nos. 1, 3 & 4 is rejected.

7. Further taking into consideration that the petitioner No. 2 namely, Veena Devi is a lady, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82627 of 2024(4) dt.19-03-2025 3/3 from today, she is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri, Sitamarhi in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 263 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
