The petitioner is in custody in connection with Vishambharpur P.S. Case No. 95 of 2019, G.R. No. 1022 of 2019, for the offenses under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case total 27 ltrs of country made foreign liquor was recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 31.08.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on
