Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 119 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against petitioner is recovery of one stolen solar plate from the pickup van which was driven by the petitioner.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has not named in FIR. The alleged occurrence takes place on 23.06.2018 but FIR was instituted on 25.06.2018 after delay of 2 days. He has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Sitamarhi in connection with Sonbarsa P.S.
