Mr. Satyam Shivam Sundaram, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Sanskrit Shiksha Board fairly submits that the writ petition may be disposed of with direction to the Board to appropriately decide the claim of the petitioners. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the Sanskrit Shiksha Board to take appropriate decision with regard to the claim of the petitioners for grant of approval of their services at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The consequential benefits will depend upon the decision of the Board which shall be taken by the concerned respondents within a further period of one month. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) spandey/- U
