Report of the trial court has been received in which it has been stated that out of six witnesses, five witnesses have already been examined and trial is likely to be concluded soon. Under the facts and circumstances of the present case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, at this stage when the trial is at the verge of completion. However, trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order passed by this Court.
