1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. The S.H.O. and the Investigating of the case in compliance of the order dated 13.11.2025 are present in the Court.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the
2/4 informant alleges that he is working as LDC in the Registry Office and he verified the place of occurrence mentioned in the Deed No.7845, Token No.7779 in presence of both the parties which was filed by the petitioner. The application filed for inspection was of the spot at village Durbe pertaining to P.S. No.177, Khata No.74, Khesra No.924, but at the time of registry of the deed, Khata No.181 (New), Khesra No.1471 was added which is Gair Mazarua Land.
5. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that petitioner is a stamp vendor and sells stamp papers. It is further submitted that the deed writer records the description of the property which the purchaser intends to purchase from the seller. It is next submitted that merely because the stamp paper on which the deed was written was purchased from his shop and he being known to the purchaser also signed on the said stamp paper, as such, he came to be implicated with an allegation that at the time of registry Gair Mazarua Land was also included in the deed. The learned counsel next submits that Rinku Kumari, the purchaser of the property,
3/4 had approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail application by filing Cr. Misc. No.75649 of 2025 and the same came to be allowed by an order dated 17.11.2025 passed by a learned Coordinate Bench. It is next submitted that the case of the petitioner is on a better footing
6. Learned A.P.P. Sri Chandra Bhushan Prasad as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant opposes the anticipatory bail application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that purchaser of the land has been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail, as such, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Civil Lines P. S. Case No.297 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S. with a further condition that one of the bailor of the petitioner shall be his brother
