Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 408/409/467/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner obtained appointment on the post of Panchayat teacher, on the basis of forged educational certificates.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without proper verification and enquiry, petitioner's certificates have been declared to be forged and fabricated. Moreover, as soon as the petitioner got knowledge that his certificates are not genuine, he submitted his resignation on 6.6.2020 which was duly communicated by the school concerned to the Prakhand Employment Committee, Desari, Vaishali (annexure 6).

In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IX, Vaishali at Hajipur in Desari Police Station Case No. 269 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
