2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 137(2), 96, 61(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S..

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that coaccused Sonu Kumar, with the help of these petitioners, kidnapped the daughter of informant.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and have committed no offence. Petitioners have falsely been

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73200 of 2025(2) dt.18-11-2025 2/2 implicated in this case. No specific accusation of overt act has been alleged against these petitioners. Petitioners are ladies and claim clean antecedents.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and submitted that petitioners are named in the F.I.R. with specific accusation that they helped in kidnapping the daughter of informant. During course of investigation, the victim was recovered and in her statement recorded under Section 183 of the B.N.S.S., she has supported the prosecution case and has named these petitioners as the persons who were involved in kidnapping her. The victim has further alleged that co-accused Sonu Kumar committed rape with her.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, specific and direct nature of accusation, gravity of offence and statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 of the B.N.S.S., the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners is rejected.
