JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, three unknown miscreants came on motorcycle and looted away some cash, ornaments and fled away.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation. No incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent in which he is on bail.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.
