2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 127(2), 103 of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. As per F.I.R., on 11.05.2025, the elder brother of informant had gone to village Jarkha and on 12.05.2025, he was returning, but till night, he (informant's elder brother) did not return and on 13.05.2025 at about 5 AM, the informant got an information that all the F.I.R. named accused persons alongwith 10-12 unknown persons committed murder of his elder brother.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Informant is not eye-witness to the occurrence. In the F.I.R., informant did not disclose the source of information as to how he came to know that petitioner is involved in the alleged occurrence.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74584 of 2025(2) dt.13-11-2025 2/2 Petitioner has been made accused only on suspicion. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 14.05.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Danapur (Patna) in connection with Sigori P.S.
