Since the order dated 29.08.2025 passed by the learned Children Court is under challenge before this Court, in terms of Section 101(5) of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as the JJ Act), an appeal would lie against such order and not a revision under Section 102 of the JJ Act.

3. At this stage, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to convert the present criminal revision petition into an appeal under Section 101(5) of the JJ
