2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 19.08.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45381/2024 by which the petitioner was granted pre-arrest bail.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a poor person and for his livelihood, he had gone out of the State where he was working as a labourer and after getting knowledge about his bail granted by this Court, he came to his native village but he fell ill seriously due to which he could not surrender before the learned trial court within the prescribed period.

4. Having regard to the above submission made by

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78663 of 2024(2) dt.22-11-2024 2/2 petitioner's counsel, this Court extends the period for surrender of the petitioner and submission of bail bond in terms of the order dated 19.08.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45381/2024 by another two weeks from today.

5. No further indulgence shall be granted.
