2. The present application has been preferred: for initiation of a contempt proceeding against contemnors/ opposite parties for willful violating the order of this Hon'ble Court passed in CWJC No. 2250 of 2024 dated 16.05.2024 by this Court.
3. Mr. Vishwambhar Prasad has taken this Court to
Patna High Court MJC No.3761 of 2024(4) dt.09-01-2026 2/2 Annexure-P/2 to show that an order has already been passed by the District Magistrate, Begusarai on 03.08.2024 holding that the matter relates to land dispute which can be adjudicated under the BLDR Act.
4. Granting petitioner to take appropriate steps in the matter, no contempt is made out, MJC No. 3761 of 2024 stands disposed of.
