JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-08-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.i) For a direction upon the respondent authorities to remove encroachment made by the respondent no. 10 and other persons over the public land particularly in view of the fact that the respondent no.

10 and other persons are constructing the house building illegally over the public land (Bihar State) with the help of local

ii) For further directing the respondent authorities to restrain the illegal construction of house building being made by the respondent no. 10 and other persons over the public land.

iii) For further directing the respondent authorities to perform their statutory duties of protecting the right and interest of the public over the land in question."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Nawadah, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
