This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 487 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8/10 of the POCSO Act. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court below and apply for regular bail as also seeks a direction upon the learned Court below to consider the fact that the victim girl has not alleged any untoward incident to have been committed by the petitioner, in her statement made under Section 164 Cr.P.C. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
