Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already approached the authority (Respondent No. 2) by way of representation (Annexure- P/2), the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 2 to consider the said representation and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law. The authority shall endeavour to complete the exercise as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of
