The petitioner has filed the present application for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 662C of 2018 in which cognizance has been taken under Sections 147, 341, 323, 354, 452, 379, 380, 384, 504, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Despite valid service of notice, O.P. No. 2 has chosen not to contest the matter.

Considering the nature of allegation and the submissions advanced at the bar, the provisional pre-arrest bail
