2. From perusal of the office notes, it will appear that the defect has been removed after delay.

3. The delay in removal of the defect/s is condoned.

4. The following writ application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for the following relief:- (i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No.2-State Level Committee for Wood-Based Industries, Bihar to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 30.07.2025 (Annexure-P-4) requesting therein to grant approval to the Licensing OfficerCum-Divisional Forest Officer, Mithila Forest Division, Darbhanga to transfer the licence of shaw mill bearing License No. 1832 dated 22.08.1994 in favour of the petitioner on the basis

Patna High Court CWJC No.18180 of 2025(2) dt.24-11-2025 2/2 of "Sale" in terms of Section-11(1) the Bihar WoodBased Industries (Establishment & Regulation) Act, 2025.

(ii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities not to interfere with the operation of shaw mill till such time the matter is finally decided by the State Level Committee for Wood Industries, Bihar, Patna in the facts and circumstances of the case.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall be satisfied if an order is passed for disposal of annexure IV dated 30.07.2025 which is pending before the respondent no. 02.

6. In view of the above, the respondent no. 2 is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner as contained in annexure IV of this writ application within four weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order by a reasoned order after hearing the petitioner.

7. With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.
