2. It has been pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioners that inadvertently in the aforesaid order dated 06.02.2020, instead of "Regional Deputy Director of Education, Saharsa (respondent No. 5)", "District Education Officer, Saharsa (respondent No. 6)" has been typed.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission, the order dated 06.02.2020 is corrected to the extent that in case a representation is filed by the petitioners before the "Regional

Patna High Court CWJC No.23191 of 2019(3) dt.19-02-2020 2/2 Deputy Director of Education, Saharsa (respondent No. 5)" within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be adverted to and a reasoned order shall be passed.

4. The other conditions in the order dated 06.02.2020 shall subsist.
