The present writ application has been filed against the order dated 31.07.2017 in Mutation Appeal No. 95 of 2016-17 passed by the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Purnea Sadar. Learned counsel for the State submits that there is a

Patna High Court CWJC No.619 of 2023(3) dt.10-07-2023 2/2 statutory remedy of revision available to the petitioner. In this view of the matter, this writ application is disposed off directing the petitioner to avail the statutory remedy of revision before the Collector/ Additional Collector of the district under Section 8 of the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011 [Bihar Act 23, 2011].
