Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Runisaidpur P.S.Case no.238 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a)(g), 38 (i)(ii) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
As per FIR, there is allegation against the petitioner about recovery of 15 ltrs. of liquor from the house of the petitioner.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that all the family members have been made accused in this case and the mother of the petitioner has been granted regular
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66812 of 2019(3) dt.23-10-2019 2/2 bail by the Special Judge and they have no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail..
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender and pray for regular bail, which will be considered on the basis of the materials available on the record, and if possible to be disposed of on the same day.
With the above direction, this application is disposed of.
