APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 21-02-2019 By order dated 06.10.2018, petitioner no. 2, namely, Sapti Devi has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner no. 1 and learned APP for the State.

3. Petitioner No. 1, namely, Mohan Yadav apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 324, and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Dumariya P.S. Case No. 24 of 2016.

4. At the very outset, learned APP points out from paragraph 130 of the case diary that the processes under Sections 82 and 83 of the Code of Criminal Procedure have already been concluded and charge-sheet has been submitted declaring the petitioner no. 1 as absconder. It is, therefore, submitted that the anticipatory bail petition on behalf of petitioner no. 1 is not maintainable.

4. Having regard to the submission of learned APP, the
