JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 290 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 324, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in assaulting the informant.

Informant is the uncle of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 31.07.2019. He further submits that due to family dispute, the petitioner has been made accused in the instant case. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and the fact that the petitioner and the informant are relatives, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66612 of 2019(3) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateXVI, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 290 of 2018.
