2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 223 of 2022 for the offence registered under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. A report was called for from the Court below vide order dated 19.07.2024 about the stage of the trial and the duration in which the case would likely to be disposed of.

4. The report of the learned Court below which is sent through letter no. 56 of 2024 to show that the trial is likely to be concluded within a period of nine months.

5. Accordingly, the bail petition stands disposed of with an observation that he may renew his prayer for bail if the
