2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 13.9.2024, passed in Cr.Misc. No. 37021/2024 by this Court.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner presses the facts of the case which has already been considered at the time of passing order dated 13.9.2024. However, he submits that the petitioner, due to some difficulty, could not comply with the condition part of the bail order directing him to deposit total Rs.10 lacs in the Nazarat of the civil court in time.

4. Six months further time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the condition of the order dated 13.9.2024.

5. Said order is modified to this extent and Modification petition is thus allowed.
