JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 09-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jhanjharpur P.S. Case No. 41 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 25 (1-B) and 26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 09.03.2018.

Considering the period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Jhanjharpur P.S.
