2. Learned counsel for the respondents pointed out that during the pendency of the writ application, the nomenclature of the respondent no. 3 has been changed. In such a situation, the petitioner makes a prayer to make necessary correction in the cause title.

3. Permission is granted to make correction during the course of the day.

4. By invoking the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Hon'ble Court, the petitioner seeks following reliefs: "i. For a direction to the respondent authority to consider the case of the petitioner and to grant extension for settlement period for the year 2021-22 for at least six month during monetorium period due to Covid-19.

ii. Further for a direction to the respondent authority to consider the case of petitioner and take a decision of petitioner and take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioner.

iii. To grant any other relief for which the petitioner is entitled to get in the eye of law."

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievance, representation has been filed before the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Supaul, the same is annexed as Annexure-2 to the writ petition dated 02.12.2021. He further submits that in identical situation, a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWJC No. 5646 of 2021 dated 08.03.2021 directed for disposal of the representation filed by another similarly situated person.

6. Mr. Nikesh Kumar, learned counsel for the Zila Parishad does not confront the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner.

7. Having heard the parties, the present writ application stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner preferably within a

8. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
