By this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a direction to the Circle Officer, Anchal Dehri, District Rohtas (respondent no.3) to consider and dispose of the application dated 24.11.2018 for mutation of the land in question.

The Circle Officer, Rohtas at Sasaram (Respondent No.3) is directed to consider and dispose of the representation dated 24.11.2018 in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order after hearing the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition is allowed.
