2. This Cr. Misc. petition has been filed to cancel the bail of the O.P. Nos. 2 & 3 which was granted by learned Sessions Judge, Madhepura vide order dated 28.08.2024 in A.B.P. No. 1218 of 2014, arising out of Chausa (Fulaut O.P.) P.S. Case No. 197 of 2024.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with the direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79108 of 2024(2) dt.24-11-2025 2/2 learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
