The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 279 of 2022 registered under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act and Fertilizer Control Order Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to political rivalry. Petitioner is working as a petty contractor dealing in essential commodities. Further he submits that neither fertilizer nor the alleged truck belongs to the petitioner. It is also submitted that

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Sadar, Sitamarhi in connection with Bathnaha P.S.
