Petitioner seeks bail in Katra P.S. Case No.102 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 394 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that First Information Report is against unknown. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. No Test Identification Parade has been held. Police has arrested the petitioner merely on suspicion.

Petitioner is in custody since 04.06.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61174 of 2018 (3) dt.02-11-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Judge 15th-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 14th, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Katra P.S.
