2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 153/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/324/307 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code has been added.

3. The petitioner is accused of killing the deceased.

4. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has taken this Court to the another F.I.R. i.e. Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 152 of 2023 from which it appears that there was a marpit in a marriage and the occurrence took place in that in which the petitioner has also been injured. The

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78608 of 2024(5) dt.11-04-2025 2/2 petitioner is in jail since 09.05.2023 and he claims to have clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge IVth, Saran at Chapra/concerned court in connection with Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 153 of 2023.
