The petitioner has filed this writ petition again for removal of encroachment from his land. The petitioner earlier filed CWJC No.1142 of 2019 for implementation of the order passed by the Commissioner-cum-first Appellate Authority, Saran Division, Chapra in Appeal Case No.415110121121700706/1A filed under the Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015 and this court by order dated 19.02.2019 after considering the grievance of the petitioner that the order has not been fully implemented passed the following order:-

Patna High Court CWJC No.23736 of 2019(2) dt.29-11-2019 2/2 "This Court cannot go into this aspect of the matter anymore, since the matter relates to execution of an order passed by the Commissioner under the Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015. When the officer, who passed the order is himself satisfied about the execution of the order, the Court cannot go into the grievance of the petitioner any further."

Even then the petitioner again filed petition before the authority and thereafter filed this writ petition. I am of the view that the petitioner has filed this writ petition on frivolous ground. In this view of the fact, I dismiss the writ petition imposing cost of Rs.2,000/- on the petitioner. The cost shall be deposited in the Head of Patna High Court Legal Services Committee within one month from today.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Harish/- U
