2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 122 of 2024 instituted for the offence under Sections 304(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier the bail petition of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 25.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66213 of 2024 with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months if the trial is not concluded.

4. A report from the learned trial court is called and the learned trial court has reported that there are seven prosecution witnesses to be examined and the trial is expected to

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage and, as such, his prayer for bail stands rejected.

6. However, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after three months if the trial is not concluded.
