04-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Lakhisarai (Ramgarh Chowk) P.S. Case No. 694 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per prosecution case, it is a case of recovery of 3.75 liters of foreign liquor from the poultry farm of petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. However, in view of specific allegation against the petitioner, as stated in F.I.R., as well as considering the fact that petitioner is accused in two more cases of similar nature, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail.
