This application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 04.08.2022 passed in Cr. Revision No. 581 of 2018.

3. It appears on perusal of the order that the Cr. Revision No. 581 of 2018 was heard on merit and by a detail order, the revision application was disposed of.

4. In the opinion of this Court, such order passed on merit in a Criminal Revision application cannot be modified. In fact, in the garb of a modification application, the petitioner is seeking review of the application.
