JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-02-2021 The present petition has been filed for restoration of a writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. no. 12277 of 2019, which has stood dismissed for non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 21.06.2019.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the respondent no. 5 is the Officer of the State, hence no notice is required to be issued since the State Government is already being represented by the learned Standing Counsel no.-12, however he submits that he would file requisites immediately in

Patna High Court MJC No.4307 of 2019(2) dt.24-02-2021 2/2 compliance of the order dated 21.06.2019, as far as respondents no. 3 and 4 are concerned.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and appropriate to direct for restoration of the aforesaid writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. no. 12277 of 2019 to its original file, subject to the petitioner filing the requisites for issuance of notice on respondents no. 3 and 4 by ordinary process and registered post with A/D within a period of two weeks from today.

The present petition stands disposed of.
