2. This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of order dated 05.10.2010, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 16836 of 2010, whereby a direction was given to the opposite party-University to examine the claim of the petitioner in the event the petitioner files a representation claiming any unpaid dues by the opposite party-University to the petitioner.

3. The contempt petition, having been filed in the year 2019, alleging violation of the order passed in the writ petition in the year 2010, is barred by period of limitation prescribed

Patna High Court MJC No.4308 of 2019(3) dt.30-07-2025 2/2 under Section 20 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

4. In view of the above, the contempt petition is dismissed as barred by limitation.
