The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Raushanganj P.S. Case No. 45 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 376 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioner is regarding having forcibly raped the prosecutrix.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the medical report would show that there is no sign of rape or any sexual intercourse having been committed by the petitioner herein. Nonetheless, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the informant and the prosecutrix, which is not controverted by the learned counsel appearing for the O.P. No.2 i.e. the informant.

No.61916 of 2018(3) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Sherghati, Gaya, in connection with Raushanganj P.S. Case No. 45 of 2018.
