2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 119(1), 308(2), 308(3), 308(4), 303(2), 324(4), 351(2) and 351(3) of B.N.S., 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners no.1 and 3 are persons with clean antecedent and petitioner no.2 has antecedent of one case and the informant alleges that he purchased a land and got the same mutated and

No.74536 of 2025(2) dt.19-11-2025 2/3 thereafter was getting the work of flooring and soil labeling done on 16.05.2025 at 03:00 p.m. when six named accused persons including the petitioners along with 200 unknown accused came and demanded extortion and started vandalizing the warehouse, on protest, accused assaulted him by iron rod causing injury on head while one accused fired but he was saved, thereafter accused assaulted him causing injury on abdomen, left hand and leg and also snatched his gold chain and Rs.15,000/-.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that from perusal of the allegation, as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that allegation of assault is general and omnibus in nature. It is also submitted that on account of dispute relating to land, an altercation had taken place in which both sides assaulted each other. It is next submitted that allegation of extortion stand falsified from the fact that 200 unknown accused would not have come at the place of occurrence for demanding extortion. It is further submitted that petitioners will not abscond rather will cooperate in the investigation to prove their innocence.

5. Learned APP opposes the anticipatory bail

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Sonbarsa Raj P.S. Case No.80 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of B.N.S.S. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Sanjay/- U T
